Shopping for Yourself
There comes a point in time when students at Michigan State University feel the need to move on from the dorms and start facing the real world by living off-campus.
Students sometimes prefer to cook what they want to eat and not depend on what the dining halls are serving.
MSU senior Taylor Cutting said she prefers living off-campus because of the freedom you get when cooking for yourself, also being able to cook meals at any time of the day and not rely on the dining halls hours is a big plus.
Being able to cook what you want to eat seems like a big priority for most students as the options available may not be the best.
MSU senior Stephanie Traudt said, "Somethings the options weren't that great or maybe not the healthiest, so now cooking for myself... I choose what I want to eat."
